THE CITY. COUNCIL OF THBOITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHERl5A~.iihas'beeh recomm~nded by the Director of :Public
Works that the Open Space Plan be approved and that it be determined that
there is no impac~uponthe enVironment of the City of Vernon by the
adoption of the Open .space Element of the General Plan,
NOW,>THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1:
That the City Council of the City of.YerllQn does
12 hereby approve Open Space Plan submitted this date and determines that the
13 adoption of tile. Open Space Element of the General Plan does not have any
