RESOLUTION NO. 4161
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
4ND ADOPTING AN OPEN SPACE PLAN
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, there was presented to the City Council of the
City of Vernon, sitting as a Planning Commission, after a regular-
ly noticed Hearing, and
WHEREAS, said Plan was prepared by Koebig & Koebig, Inc.,
and approved by the Director of Public Works of the City of Vemoo,
and
'WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon approves
said Plan and desires to adopt the same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon,
15 upon recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of
16 Vernon, does hereby adopt and approve the Open Space Plan prepared
17 by Koebig & Koebig, Inc.

SECTION 2: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
19 transmit a copy of this Resolution and said Open Space Plan to the
20 appropriate State authorities, pursuant to California State Laws.

SECTION 3: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
22 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and there-
23 after the same shall be in full force and effect.
24 ADOPTED and APPROVED this 29th day of May, 1973.
