RESOLUTION NO. 4180
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
LOCAL AGENCY/STATE AGREEMENT NO. 46, PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO.1,
COVERING TOPICS PROJECT T-304l(196).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS,there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Vernon a Program of Local Agency TOPICS Improvement
Projects in the City of Vernon, being Local Agency/State Agreement
No. 46, Program Supplement No.1, covering TOPICS Project T-304l
(196), and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon hereby
approves said Program Supplement No.1, and authorizes the execu-
tion on the part of the City of Vernon of said Program Supplement
No.1,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: That the Local Agency/State Agreement No. 46,
16 Program Supplement No.1, covering TOPICS Project T-304l(196) is

17 hereby approved by the City Council of the City of Vernon and the
18 Mayor and the City Clerk of said City are hereby authorized and
19 directed to execute said Program.

SECTION 2: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
21 shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and
22 thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
23 ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of October, 1973.
