A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, A MUNICI-
PAL CORPORATION, ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE USE AND HONORI!JG OF FACSIMILE
SIGNATURES ~ .. . ,..~
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
-
SECTION 1: That the use and honoring of facsimile
signatures is hereby authorized.
SECTION 2: Depositories are hereby authorized and
directed to honor all checks, drafts or other orders for the pay-
ment of money drawn in the name of the City of Vernon on its bank
accounts, including those drawn to the individual order of any
person or persons whose names appear thereon as signer or signers
thereof, when bearing or purporting to bear the facsimile signa-
tures of any of the following:
LEONIS C. MALBURG
F. A. ZIEMER
L. R. BURCH
SECTION 3: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall

certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and there-
after the same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th day of February, 1974.
