RESOLUTION NO. 4208
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, CALIFORNIA
APPOINTING THE CITY'S OFFICIAL DELEGATE AND AN ALTERNATE DELEGATE
OF THE INDEPENDENT CITIES ,. OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY
-
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the City of Vernon is a member of the Indepen-
dent Cities of Los Angeles County; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Vernon to
update its designated Official Delegate and Alternate Delegate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That LEONIS C. MALBURG is hereby appointed
as the City of Vernon's Official Delegate with THOMAS A. YBARRA
Alternate Delegate.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall

14 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and there-
15 after the same shall be in full force and effect.
16 ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th day of February, 1974.
