RESOLUTION NO. 4209
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPOINTING
AN ALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION
DISTRICT NO. 2
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That MARTHA F. TAVERNELLI, a member of the
City Council of the City of Vernon be, and she is hereby selected
and designated as an alternate member of the Board of Directors
of County Sanitation District No. 2 of Los Angeles County, who
shall be a member of said District Board to act in place of the
presiding officer of the City Council of the City of Vernon during
his absence, inability or refusal to act as such member of said
District Board.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and there-
after the same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th day of February, 1974.
