RESOLUTION NO. 4210
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPOINTING
.cUALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION
DISTRICT NO.1
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: That THOMAS A. YBARRA, a member of the City
Council of the City of Vernon be, and he is hereby selected and
designated as an Alternate Member of the Board of Directors of
8 County Sanitation District No. 1 of Los Arg eles County, who shall
9 be a member of said district board to act in place of the presiding
10 officer of this City Council during his absence, inability or
11 refusal to act as such member of said District Board.

SECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
13 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and there-
14 after the same shall be in full force and effect.
