RESOLUTION NO. 4215
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Vernon
-
that the following named individuals are hereby authorized to
execute for and in behalf of the City of Vernon, a public entity
established under the laws of the State of California, applications
and documents for the purpose of obtaining financial assistance
7 under the Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950, as amended: (Public
