4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: Resolution No. ,4164 of the City of Vernon
6 is hereby amended by adding to Schedule V the following classifi-
7 cation:
