1 RESOLUTION NO. 4238
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPOINTING
AN ALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF COUNTY SANITATION
3 DISTRICT NO. 2
4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION I: That THOMAS A. YBARRA, a member of the
6 City Council of the City of Vernon be, and he is hereby selected
7 and designated as an Alternate Member of the Board of Directors of
8 County Sanitation District No. 2 of Los Angeles County, who shall
9 be a member of said district board to act in place of the pre-
10 siding officer of this City Council during his absence, inability
11 or refusal to act as such member of said District Board.

SECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall

13 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and there-
14 after the same shall be in full force and effect.
15 ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 7th day of May J 1974.
