2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON ADOPTING
CHANGES IN THE FUEL COST ADJUSTMENT BILLING FACTOR AS SET FORTH IN
3 SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY'S PRELIMINARY STATEMENT BEING
REVISED CAL._P.U.C. SHEET NO. 4456-E

5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
6 WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 482, adopted by the City Council of
7 the City of Vernon, provides in Paragraph 4 thereof that changes
8 in fuel cost adjustment billing factor shall be made from time to
9 time by Resolutions of the City Council of the City of Vernon, and
10 WHEREAS, Southern California Edison Company has adopted
11 Revised Cal. P.U.C. Sheet No. 4456-E, effective November 1, 1973,
12 and
13 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon deems it
14 necessary for the sound financial position of the light and power
15 operating funds to adopt Paragraph G of said Preliminary Statement;
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
17 SECTION l: That the City Council of the City of Vernon does
18 hereby adopt Paragraph G of Southern California Edison Company's
19 Preliminary Statement effective November l, 1973, as set forth in
20 Revised Cal. P.U.C. Sheet No. 4456-E;
21 SECTION 2: That the effective date of said adoption shall
22 be the date of this Resolution, to wit: May 7, 1974.
23 SECTION 3: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
24 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and there-
25 after the same shall be in full force and effect.
26 ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 7th day of May, 1974.
