RESOLUTION NO. 4251
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AUTHORIZING
LEONIS C. MALBURG, F. A. ZIEMER AND J. A. VENEZIA TO SIGN CHECKS
WITHDRAWING FUNDS DEPOSITED BY THE CITY OF VERNON IN ANY BANK
ACCOUNT, AND TO ENTER ANY SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX HELD IN THE NAME OF
THE CITY OF VERNON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
6 SECTION l: That any two of the following named persons are
7 hereby authorized to sign checks to withdraw funds for the City
8 of Vernon, and the Bank is hereby authorized to honor and
9 pay any and all checks so signed, including those drawn to the
10 individual order of any officer or person authorized to sign the
11 same and to endorse for deposit checks and drafts payable to the
12 City of Vernon:

16 SECTION 2: That any two of the above-named persons are
17 hereby authorized to enter and control the contents of any safety
18 deposit box held in the name of the City of Vernon.
19 SECTION 3: The authority hereby given revokes all prior
20 authorizations.
21 SECTION 4: All resolutions, or parts of resolutions in con-
22 flict herewith, are hereby repealed.
23 SECTION 5: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall cer-
24 tify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and there-
25 after the same shall be in full force and effect.
26 ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 4th day of June, 1974.
