RESOLUTION NO. 4253
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 4164
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION l: Resolution No. 4164 of the City Council of
6 the City of Vernon is hereby amended by adding thereto Section 8A
7 as follows:
"Section 8A: Wherein this Resolution there is provided
for overtime pay, and wherein said overtime pay app lies to
employees covered by the 1974 Amendments to the Fair Labor
Standards Act, said overtime pay shall be computed in accor-
dance with said Amendments or any rules or guidelines adopted
13 pursuant to said Amendments. Where employees are not covered
14 by said 1974 Amendments, computation of their overtime, if any,
15 shall be in accordance with Resolution No. 4164. II
SECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and there-
after the same shall be in full force and effect.
