RESOLUTION NO. 4276
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPOINTING
KEITH K. KAESER TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON, TO FILL
THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF A MEMBER OF THE CITY COUNCIL, WESLEY J.
KEEBLER, NOW RETIRED, SUBJECT TO THE FILING BY KEITH K. KAESER OF
THE FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE STATEMENT AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 370l(b)
OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, WESLEY J. KEEBLER has resigned from the City
Council of the City of Vernon, effective July 31, 1974, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon desires
to appoint KEITH K. KAESER to the City Council of the City of
Vernon to fill said vacancy; and
WHEREAS, KEITH K. KAESER is a resident of the City of
Vernon and qualifies for said appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
hereby appoints KEITH K. KAESER to fill the vacancy of the City
-
Council of the City of Vernon, created by the resignation of a
member of the City Council, WESLEY J. KEEBLER, to serve the un-
expired term of said WESLEY J. KEEBLER, subject to the filing by
KEITH K. KAESER of the Financial Disclosure Statement as required
by Section 3701(b) of the Government Code.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 6th day of August, 1974.
