RESOLUTION NO. 4282
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING
THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT REGARDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT,
CIRCULATION ELEMENT, HOUSING ELEMENT, CONSERVATION ELEMENT ,.. SEIS-
MIC SAFETY ELEMENT, NOISE ELEMENT, SCENI C HIGHWAY ELEMENT AND
SAFETY ELEMENT OF, THE GENERAL PLAN
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of
the City of Vernon an Environmental Impact Statement in conjunc-
tion with the Land UseElement, Circulation Element, Housing Ele-
ment, Conservation Element, Seismic Safety Element, Noise Element,
Scenic Highway Element and Safety Element of the General Plan and
the same has been prepared by Koebig & Koebig, Inc., and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended by the Director of Pub-
lie Works that said Environmental Impact Statement be approved and
that it be determined that there is no impact upon the environment
of the City of Vernon by the adoption of the Land Use Element,
Circulation Element, Housing Element, Conservation Element, Seis-
mic Safety Element, Noise Element, Scenic Highway Element and
Safety Element of the General Plan,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
21 does hereby approve the Environmental Impact Statement submitted
22 this date and determines that the adoption of the Land Use Element
23 Circulation Element, Housing Element, Conservation Element, Seis-
24 mic Safety Element, Noise Element, Scenic Highway Element and
25 Safety Element of the General Plan does not have any adverse effec
26 upon the environment of the City of Vernon.

SECTION 2: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
