in the City of Vernon, California, is the time and the place set
for hearing on the petition for a variance.
That the name of the applicant is GRANT OIL TOOL COMPANY,
and that the address of the applicant is 2042 East Vernon Avenue,
Los Angeles, California 90058.
That the legal description of the property for which the
variance is requested is as follows:
An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the East
30 Feet of Lot 15 and the West 10 feet of Lot
16 in Block 6 of New Verno~, in the City of '
Vernon, County of Los Angeles, State of Ca1i-
forni.a., as per map. rec()rded in ~ook 21, page
25, of Miscellaneous Records of said County.

Said parcel of land is situated on the north side of 45th
Street, the address being 2015 East 45th Street in the City of
Vernon, California.
A public hearing on the above matter will be held before
the City Council of the City of Vernon on the 3rd day of December,
1974, at 1:15 o'clock P. M., in the Council Chamber of the City
of Vernon, in the City Hall, located at 4305 Santa Fe Avenue,
Vernon, California 90058, at which time anyone interested will be
heard.
The purpose of said petition for variance and hearing thereon
is to allow a use upon said property for parking.
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall certify to the
passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 5th day 0 f November, 1974.
