2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON ADOPTING
HEALTHPEIMIT FEES WHICH SHALL APPLY TO ALL PERMITS GRAtITED
3 PURSUANT TO. SECTIQN1.1. 25 AND SECTION 13.7 OF THE VERNON CITY CODE
4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
5 WHEREAS, the Ve:J:I1on City Code and, in particular, Section
6 11.25 and Section 13.7 thereof, provides for the issuance of
7 health permits, and
8 WHEREAS, Section 11.25 and Section 13.8 of the Vernon City
9 Code provide that the City Council of the City of Vernon shall
10 establish, by resolution, health permit inspection fees for the
11 various types of businesses and vehicles requiring a health
12 permit, and
13 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon desires to
14 establish such fees as set forth herein,
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
16 SECTION 1.: That the issuance :tee and annual renewal fee
17 for permits granted by the City of Vernon, pursuant to Section
18 11.25 and Section 13.7 of the Vernon City Code, shall be as

* The $30 business fee does not apply to a company operating
offal vehicle(s) in conjunction with and as a part of a Vernon
permitted Rendering Plant business.
SECTION 2: That in addition to the above, the licensee or
permittee shall pay all necessary fees or deposits which may be
required by other ordinances, resolutions, or applicable State laws
in effect.
SECTION 3: That the fees provided for herein shall be effec-
tive on December 31, 1974, and all other Resolutions in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall

certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and there-
after the same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this -g~ day of December, 1974.
