BESOLUTION NO. 4313
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON REJECTING
'Z ALL BIDS FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT BADIOCOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM, IN
OJ ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS #382 OF THE CITY OF VERNON _
4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

WHEREAS, Specifications #382 of the City of Vernon was
6 approved by the City Council of the City of Vernon, pursuant t9
7 Resolution No. 4302, and
8
WHEREAS, sealed bids were opened on the 4th day of
9 February, 1975, and
10
WHEREAS, said bids ~re referred to F. H. COLVIN, Fire
11 Chief of the City of Vernon who has reported to the City Council,
12 under date of February 28, 1975, recommending that all bids be
13 rejected, and
14
WHEREAS, the City of Vernon reserves the right to reject
15 any and all bids, pursuant to said Specifications, and accepts the
16 recommendation of the Fire Chief,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
19 hereby rejects all bids received for Fire Department Radio Communi-
20 cations System, in accordance with Specifications #382 of the City
21 of Vernon.

SECTION 2: That the City Treasurer of the City of Vernon
23 is hereby directed to return to unsuccessful bidders any and all
24 cashiers or certified checks deposited with said bids.
25 SECTION 3: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
26 shall certify to the passage of this resolution and thereupon and
28
27 thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 4th day of ~ch. 1975. ~
