Enclosed is a resolution, passed by the Council of the City of Emeryville opposing the adoption of Assembly Bill No. 625. We would appreciate your legislative body taking similar action and forwarding a copy to the appropriate representatives, both in the Assembly and the Senate. Remember that this Bill while presently limited to the Bay Area, if passed, could be used as a spring board to justify other similar agencies throughout the State. RESOLUTION NO. 75-27 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EMERYVILLE, CALIFORNIA OPPOSING THE PASSAGE OF ASSEMBLY BILL NO. 625, ESTABLISHING A BAY AREA PLANNING AGENCY AS INTRODUCED BY ASSEMBLYMAN KNOX ON JANUARY 30 1975.
