Resolution No. 4359 '" ., ..' 1 2 :3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION NO. 4359 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON FINDING AND DETERMINING THE INCAPACITY OF JAY RICHARD BROWN, A LOCAL SAFETY MEMBER ' , __ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon is advised and believes that JAY RICHARD BROWN should be retired for disa- bility, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon as the authorized entity who has examined the medical records and files available, does hereby determine that said disability is perma- nent and stationary, and further has determined that said disa- bility is non-service connected. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Vernon does hereby retire JAY RICHARD BROWN, a Local Safety Member. SECTION 2: That the City Council of the City of Vernon does hereby determine that said disability of said JAY RICHARD BROWN is non-service connected. SECTION 3: That JAY RICHARD BROWN has been emp loyed by the City of Vernon since February 1, 1955, and the City Council of the City of Vernon determines that he be retired for a perma- nent disability effective as of the date of his last pay check, to wit: December 7, 1974. SECTION 4: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon be authorized and ditected to send a copy of this Resolution to the Public Employees' Retirement System of the State of California. SECTION 5: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
