RESOLUTION NO. 4377
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 4341
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4341 was passed by the City Council
of the City of Vernon on June 17, 1975. consenting to the estab-
lishment of portions of Downey Road and Fruitland Avenue as a part
of the system of county highways, and
WHEREAS, said project has been delayed,
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That Resolution No. 4341 is hereby repealed. .
SECTION 2: That the Qity Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and there-
after the same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 16th day of December. 1975.

Gentlemen:
Resolution No. 4341, passed June 17, 1975,
consented to the establishment of portions of
Downey Road and Fruitland Avenue as a part of the
system of county highways in order for the county
to install illuminated street name signs at the
intersection.
Since this project has been delayed it is
recommended that Resolution No. 4341 be rescinded.
