RESOLUTION NO. 4380
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AUTHORI-
ZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR A SIX MONTH TIME
EXTENSION AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENTS FOR AN:[MAL CONTROL SERVICES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the Chief Administrative Officer of the County
of Los Angeles has presented a six month time extension agree-
ment to the Agreements for Animal Control Services as recommended
by the Chief Administrative Officer under date of December 16.
1975, said amendment to extend the current Agreements for Animal
Control Services to June 30, 1976, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon desires to
enter into said Agreement,
NOW J THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
Vernon are hereby authorized and directed to enter into and
execute the six month time extension agreement to the Agreements
for Animal Control Services, referred to above.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 6th day of January, 1976. \
