RESOLUTION NO. 4422
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AUTHORIZIN
THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT. EXTENDING THE AGREEMENTS FOR ANIMAL
CONTROL SERVICES TO JUNE 30. 1977.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the Chief Administrative Officer of the County
of Los Angeles has presented an amendment to the Agreements for
Animal Control Services as recommended by the Chief Administra-
tive Officer under date of June 9, 1976, said amendment to extend
the current Agreements for Animal Control Services to June 30,
1977, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon desires
to enter into said Amendment extending said Agreements,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
Vernon are hereby authorized and directed to enter into and
execute the Amendment to the Agreements for Animal Control Ser-
vices, referred to above.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 15th day of June, 1976.
