RESOLUTION NO. 4432
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON FIXING
THE: AMOUNT OF. MONEY NECESSARY TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION UPON THE
TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN SAID CITY AS A REVENUE TO CARRY ON THE
VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF SUCH MUNICIPAL CORPORATION FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 1976, AND TO PAY THE BONDED OR OTHER
INDEBTEDNESS. OF SAID CITY OF VERNON, OR ANY PORTION OR DISTRICT
THEREOF .'
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the amount of money necessary to be
8 raised by taxation upon taxable property within the City of
9 Vernon as a revenue to carryon the various departments of said
10 City for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1976, and to pay the
11 bonded or other indebtedness of said City, or any portion or
12 district thereof, is hereby fixed in the sum of One Million
13 Three Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Seven and
14 00/100 Dollars ($1,359,927.00).
15 That said sum so fixed for the purposes hereinabove set
16 forth does not exceed the limit fixed by law for such purposes.

SECTION 2: There being no newspaper printed, published
and circulated in the City of Vernon, the City Clerk is hereby
directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution and shall
post the same, or cause the same to be posted, in three (3) of
the most public places in the City of Vernon, to wit: the north-
west corner of 38th Street and Santa Fe Avenue; the northeast
c orner of Leonis Boulevard and Pacific Boulevard; and on the
bulletin board in the lobby of the City Hall of said City, loca-
ted at 4305 Santa Fe Avenue, all in the City of Vernon, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, and that immediately upon the
posting thereof this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 17th day of August, 1976.
