RESOLUTION NO. 4451
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AUTHORIZING
THE, MAYOR OR HIS ALT~RNATIVE TO FAVORABLY, SUPPORT A LOS ,ANGELES
COUNTY SERVICE.AREA APPLICATION
, -
THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the Los Angeles County Division of the League
of California Cities has prepared an Application for a County
Service Area to be submitted to the Local Agency Formation
Commission, and
WHEREAS, the City of Vernon is in support of the princi-
pals of said Application,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That the Mayor of the City of Vernon or his
13 Alternative be and either is hereby authorized and directed to
14 cast an affirmative vote for the submission of a County Service
15 Area Application.

SECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and there-
