RESOLUTION NO. 4453
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COuNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO .4449
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4449 was adopted by the City
Council of the City of Vernon on December 7, 1976 and, in order
to confOrm with the filing requirements, said Resolution requires
additional information to be set forth therein; accordingly, the
City Council of the City of Vernon amends said Resolution to add
such additional information,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: The land described in Resolution No. 4449 is
hereby determined to be uninhabited territory.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
prepare, under seal, a certified copy of this Resolution and a
certified copy of Resolution No. 4449 and forward the same to
the Board of Supervisors of Los Angeles County, requesting that
a Board of Supervisors' Resolution be forwarded to the Office of
the Secretary of State of the State of California, in accordance
with Section 35278 of the Government Code of the State of Ca1i-
fornia.
SECTION 3, The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
