RESOLUTION NO. 4465
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
VERNON APPROVING ADDENDUM NO. 1 TO CONTRACT NO.
408 FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES AND AMENDINGRESOLU-
TIONNO. 4461
5 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 446l, approving Contract No. 408
6 providing for janitorial service for the City Hall, was adopted
7 by>the City Council; and
8 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon wishes< to
9 approve Addendum No.1 to said Contract No. 408, as prepared and
10 approved by ArthurE. Nelson, Jr., Director of Public Works under
11 letter dated February 25, 1977; and
12 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the
13 best interests of said City that said Addendum No. 1 be approved
14 and incorporated, by reference, to Contract No. 408,
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
16 CITY, OF VERNON as follows:

SECTION l: That Contract No. 408, heretofore approved by
18 the City Council is hereby amended by adding thereto Addendum No. 1
19 prepared and approved by Arthur E. Nelson, Jr., Director of Public
20 Work;s'; a copy of which is attached here.to, marked Exhibit "A" and
21 ,py .this reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof as
though fully set forth 'at length.

1. The City Clerk' s Vault shall be cleaned once a week as
called out in the special provisions.
2. The City Council Chd.mber area is +1520 sq. ft. The
Council Chamber area. is not included in the 6054 sq. ft.
