RESOLUTION NO. 4483
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
VERNON EXPRESSING ITS GRIEF AT THE PASSING OF
MRS. DELORES YBARRA, MOTHER OF THOMAS A. YBARRA,
MEMBER OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON

WHEREAS, Thomas A. Ybarra has served the City of Vernon
as a member of the City Council for over eleven years; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Ybarra's deep regard for his mother was well
known to his friends and colleagues; and
WHEREAS~ the City Council of the City of Vernon is struck
with a sense of grief by the passing of Mrs. Delores Ybarra,
mothe.r of Thomas A. Ybarra, on May 30, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, Bg IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE

CITY OF VERNON that the recent passing of Mrs. Delores Ybarra is
deeply regretted by members of this Council, and the sympathy and
,
condolences of each member of this Council is hereby extended to
the surviving family of Mrs. Delores Ybarra.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 1977.
