RESOLUTION NO. 4484
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
VERNON AUTHORIZING LEONIS C. MALBURG, BRUCE V.
MALKENHORST, J. A. VENEZIA AND S. H. McKENNA TO
SIGN CHECKS WITHDRAWING FUNDS DEPOSITED BY THE
CITY OF VERNON IN ANY BANK ACCOUNT, AND TO ENTER
ANY SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX HELD IN THE NAME OF THE
CITY OF VE RNON
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:
SECTION 1: That any two of the following named persons
are hereby authorized to sign checks to withdraw funds for the
City of Vernon, and the Bank is hereby authorized to honor and
pay any and all checks so signed, including those drawn to the
individual order of any officer or person authorized to sign the
same and to endorse for deposit checks and drafts payable to the
City of Vernon:
LEONIS C. MALBURG
BRUCE V. MALKENHORST
J. A. VENEZIA
S. H. McKENNA

SECTION 2: That any two of the above-named persons are
18 hereby authorized to enter and control the contents of any safety
19 deposit box held in the name of the City of Vernon.

SECTION 3~ The authority hereby given revokes all prior
21 authorizations.

SECTION 4: All resolutions, or parts of resolutions in
23 conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
24
SECTION 5: The authority hereby given shall be effective
25 July 1, 1977.

SECTION 6: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
27
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and
28
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
