A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
VERNON CONTINUING THE RETENTION OF PAUL P.. HENDRICKS,
AS CONSULTING ELEOl'RICAL ENGINEER OF THE CITY OF
VERNON.
THE CITY' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS ;.
WHER.E]\S, ,the City of Vernon is in need of a Consulting
ElectricalEngineer to insure the proper operation of the Vernon
Light and Power System, and
WHEREAS t PAUL P. HENDRICKS is familiar with said Light
and Power System and has previously served. the City of Vernon
as consulting Electrical Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE.ITRESOLVED:
f:;ECTION .' 1: That the retention of PAULP . HENDRICKS> as
consulting Electrical Engineer for the City of Vernon ,is hereby

,'.sECl'ION 2: That the duties of said ,PAUL P.. HENDRICKS shall

SECTION 3: That said Consulting Electrical Engineer of
the City-of' Ver.nQn is hereby retained ata salary of $2,525.00

per month, payable in advance, commencing July l( 1977 ( plus a
t-elmbtlrsanlertt. of~' any monies advanced or expended by said ,Con.s.ul-
ti~g ElectricaL Engineer on behalf of the City of Vernon, for
necessary and reasonable expenses in the performance of his ser-
vices for the City, exclusi,ve of office facilities, secretarial
services, local telephone charges, and local automobile
