2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON FIXING
THE AMOUNT OF MONEY NECESSARY TO BE RAISED BY TAXATION UPON THE
TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN SAID CITY AS A REVENUE TO CARRY ON THE
VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF SUCH MUNICIPAL CORPORATION FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 1977, AND TO PAY THE BONDED OR OTHER
INDEBTEDNESS OF SAID CITY OF VERNON, OR ANY PORTION OR DISTRICT

7 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: That the amount of money necessary to be
9 raised by taxation upon ta:kab1e property within the City of
10
Vernon as a revenue to carryon the various departments of said
11
City for the fisea1 year connnencing July 1" 1977, and to pay the
12
bonded or other indebtedness of said City, or any portion or
13
14 district thereof, is hereby fixed in the sum of Two Million
15 Thirty Three Thousand Sixty Three and 00/100 Dollars
16
($2,033,063.00).

That said sum so fixed for the purposes hereinabove set
18 forth does not exeeed the l~it fixed by law for sueh purposes.

SECTION 2: There being no newspaper printed, published
20
and circulated in the City of Vern6rt, the City Clerk is hereby
21
directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution and shall
22
23 post, the same, or eause the same to be posted, in three (3) of
24 the most public places in the City of Vernon, to wit: the north-
25 west corner of 38th Street and Santa Fe Avenue; the northeast
26 corner of Leonis Boulevard and Pacific Boulevard; and on the
27
bulletin board in the lobby of the City Hall of said City,
