RESOLUTION NO. 4510
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VERNON ACCEPTING THE WORK OF SIGNAL
MAINTENANCE, INC., FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL
MAINTENANCE 1974-1977, IN ACCORDANCE WITH
CONTRACT NO. 384 OF THE CITY OF VERNON
WHEREAS, SIGNAL MAINTENANCE, INC., was awarded the
Contract for Signal Maintenance 1974-1977, pursuant to Con-
tract No. 384 of the City of Vernon; and
WHEREAS, Arthur E. Nelson, Jr., Director of Public
Works/Building, has reported to the City Council of the City
of Vernon under date of November 9, 1977, that said work has
been completed and recommends that the work be accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That the work for Signal Maintenance 1974-
15 1977, pursuant to Contract No. 384 is hereby approved by the
16 City of Vernon;

SECTION 2: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
18 shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon
19 and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
20 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of November,
21 1977 .
