1 RESOLUTION NO. 4514
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF VERNON AUTHORIZING LEONIS C. MALBURG,
3 BRUCE V. MALKENHORST, AND J.A. VENEZIA TO
SIGN CHECKS WITHDRAWING FUNDS DEPOSITED BY
4 THE CITY OF VERNON IN ANY BANK ACCOUNT, AND
TO ENTER ANY SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX HELD IN THE
5 NAME OF THE CITY OF VERNON
6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON HEREBY RESOLVES as follows:

SECTION 1: That any two of the following named persons
8 are hereby authorized to sign checks to withdraw funds for the
9 City of Vernon, and the Bank is hereby authorized to honor and
10 pay any and all checks so signed, including those drawn to the
11 individual order of any officer or person authorized to sign
12 the same and to endorse for deposit checks and drafts payable
13 to the City of Vernon:
14 LEONIS C. MALBURG
BRUCE V. MALKENHORST
15 J.A. VENEZIA

SECTION 2: That any two of the above-named persons are
17 hereby authorized to enter and control the contents of any safety
18 deposit box held in the name of the City of Vernon.

SECTION 3: The authority hereby given revokes all prior
20 authorizations.

SECTION 4: All resblutions, or parts of resolutions in
22 conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
23
SECTION 5: The authority hereby given shall be effective
24 becember 6 , 1977.
25
SECTION 6: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
26 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and
27 thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
