RESOLUTION NO. 4543
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF VERNON REMOVING HARRY J. KEATON
AS THE CITY'S MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
REPRESENTATIVE
WHEREAS, Section 11 of Resolution No. 4027, adopted on
6 January 19, 1971, provides that the City Council shall designate,
7 by Resolution, a Municipal Employee Relations Representative; and
8
WHEREAS, The City Council, on June 1, 1971, adopted
9 Resolution No. 4052, appointing Harry J. Keaton as the City of
10 Vernon's Municipal Employee Relations Representative; and
11
WHEREAS, The City finds and determines that it is
12 necessary for the best interest of the City that Harry J. Keaton
13 be removed as the City's Municipal Employee Relations Represent-
14 ative.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
16 THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:

18 Municipal
19 and Harry
20 Employee

SECTION 1: That Harry J. Keaton's appointment as the
Employee Relations Representative is hereby terminated
J. Keaton is hereby removed as the City's Municipal
Relations Representative effective March 2, 1978.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
22 shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and
23 thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
