OF VERNON AUTHORIZIN(j LEONIS C. ~1ALBURG, BRUCE

CHECKS WITHDRAWING FUNDS DEPOSITED BY THE
4 CITY OF VERNON IN ANY BANK ACCOUNT', AND TO
ENTER ANY SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX HELD IN THE NAME
5 OF THE CITY OF VERNON
6 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON HEREBY RESOLVES

SECTION 2: That any two of the above-named persons are
19 hereby authorized to enter and control the contents of any safety
20 deposit box held in the name of the City .of Vernon.

SECTION 3: The authority hereby given revokes all
22 prior authorizations.

SECTION 4: All resolutions, or parts of resolutions in
24 conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.

SECTION 5: The authority hereby given shall be effective
26 July 1, 1978.

SECTION 6: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
28 certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and
