RESOLUTION NO. 4586
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL' OF THE CITY OF
VERNON ACCEPTING THE BID OF DEBROUWER BROS.
ROOFING COMPANY FOR THE REROOFING OF SEVEN CITY
OF .VERNON HOUSES LOCATED ON VERNON AVENUE AND
FRUITLAND AVENUE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CONTMCT
NO. 422 OF THE CITY OF VERNON AND APPROVING THE
EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT

WHEREAS, Contract No. 422 of the City'of Vernon was

approved by the City Council of the City of Vernon, pursuant to

Resolution No. 4576, and sealed bids were opened an July 5,1978i

and

WHEREAS, said bids were referred to Arthur E. Nelson, Jr.
Director of Public WorkslBuilding, who has reported to the City

Council under the date of July 14, 1978, recommending that the

tion of Arthur E. Nelson, Jr., Director of Public Works/Building
and authorize the Mayor to execute said contract on behalf of the

27 any cashier or certified checks deposited with said bids upon

SECTION 3: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
