1 RESOLUTION NO. 4618
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE eITY eOUNeIL OF THE eITY OF
VERNON eOMMENDING LUMIR NYKODYM FOR HIS MANY
3 YEARS OF SERVIeE TO THE eITY OF VERNON
4 WHEREAS, LUMIR NYKODYM has been employed by the City of
5 Vernon since February 10, 1958; and,
6 WHEREAS, said LUMIR NYKODYM will retire from the service
7 of the eity of Vernon on February 5, 1979; and,
8 WHEREAS, LUMIR NYKODYM has faithfully served as an
9 employee since February 10, 1958 as a Utility Man, and his loss
10 will be deeply felt by the eity of Vernon;
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE eITY eOUNeIL OF
12 THE eITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:

SEeTION 1: That the eity eouncil of the eity of Vernon
14 takes this opportunity to commend LUMIR NYKODYM for his many .years
15 of devoted service to the eity of Vernon.
16
SEeTION 2: That the eity eouncil of the eity of Vernon
17 wishes LUMIR NYKODYM continued success in whatever endeavors he
18 may undertake.

SEeTION 3: That the eity elerk of the eity of Vernon
20
shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and present a
certified copy thereof to MR. LUMIR NYKODYM, and that thereupon
21

and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
