THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON RESOLVES AS

SECI'ION 3:
The City Cmillcilof the City of Vernon 'hereby
finds that certain items provided for an individual departmental budgets
are in the nature ofcorrmunity promotion and education, and the City
Council of the City of Vernon further finds that the same are for the
best interests of the City of Vernon and Constitute a reasonable
expenditure of public funds.
SECTION 4:
The City Clerk of tpe City of Vernon is hereby
directed to file this Resolution with the County Auditor of IDs Angeles
County within 60 days after July 1, 1980, as required by 53900 and
53901 of the Government Code of the State of California.
SECTION 5:
The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is hereby
directed to certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon
and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
