agreement rNith the Joint Pole Gbrrrnittee executed on January 1, 1970, and
l.JHEREAS, the City is desirous of having representation upon
said Corrmittee under. the rules regulating said Cotrmittee.
NOH, 'JHEREFORE, BE IT P..ESOLVED BY 'IHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY

Section 1: The City Council of the City of Vernon does hereby

herewith, are repealed as of April 21,.. 1981-
Section 3: The City Clerk. shall certify' to the passage of this

and effect,
