RESOLUTION NO. 4883
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VERNON AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF EXAMINATION
OF "TRACT AND J? ARCE!. MAPS AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF VERNON AND THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
6 WHEREAS, the City of Vernon is presently a party to. an
7 Examination of Tract and Parcel Maps Agreement with the County
8 of Los Angeles, the same being due to expire on June 30, 1982;
9 and
10 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon wishes
11 to renew said Agreement for a five (5) year period.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
13 THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Vernon by
15 this Resolution indicates its willingness to accept a renewal cf
16 the Examination of Tract and Parcel Maps Agreement with the
17 County of Los Agneles for a five (5) year pericd, commencing
18 July 1, 1982.

SECTION 2: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon is
20 hereby directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to. the
21 appropriate department or departments of the County of Los
22 Angeles and by forwarding the same it shall be deemed that the
23 City of Vernon is willing to accept said renewal of the existing
24 Examination of Tract and Parcel Maps Agreement as set forth
25 abcve .

SECTION 3: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
2 shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon
3 and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
4 APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of March, 1982.
