RESOLUTION NO. 4884
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VERNON, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE CANVASS
OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD
ON TUESDAY, APRIL 13, 1982, TO BE MADE BY THE
CITY CLERK
6 WHEREAS, a regular general municipal election will be
7 held and conducted in the City of Vernon, Ccunty of Los Angeles,
8 Califcrnia, on Tuesday, April 13, 1982, as required by lawi and
9 WHEREAS, the City Council of said City desires the
10 canvass of said election to be made by the City Clerk cf said
11 City.
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
13 THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: That pursuant to ~22932.5 of the Electicns
15 Code of the State of California, the canvass cf the regular
16 general municipal election to be held in said City is hereby
17 ordered to be made by the City Clerk.

SECTION 2: That the City Clerk of said City shall
19 prior to. the Tuesday following the election complete the canvasS
20 of said election and shall certify the results to this City
21 Council on April 20, 1982.

SECTION 3: That the City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same
shall be in full fcrce and effect.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED on this 8th day of April, 1982.
