Resolution No. 4886 ~ t . 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 4886 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON ESTABLISHING HEALTH AND PERMIT FEES APPLICABLE TO ALL PERMITS GRANTED BY THE CITY OF VERNON PURSUANT TO SECTION 11.25 AND SECTION 13.7 OF THE VERNON CITY CODE AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 4776 WHEREAS, the Verncn City Code and, in particular, Secticn 11.25 and Section 13.7 thereof, provides for the issuance of health permitsi and WHEREAS, Section 11.25 and Section 13.8 cf the Vernon City Code provides that the City Council of the City of Verncn shall establish, by Resoluticn, health permit inspection fees for the various types of businesses and vehicles requiring health permitsi and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Verncn adopted Resolution No. 4776 on March 17, 1981, establishing health permit fees in accordance with said Codei and WHEREAS, said fees established by said Resoluticn are hereby determined to be inadequate; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon intends to establish new fees as set forth herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon does hereby find and determine that the recitals contained herein above are true and correct. SECTION 4: That the fees provided for herein shall be effective April 1, 1982, and that Resolution No. 4776 and all other Resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 5: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
