2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VERNON COMMENDING RITA M. LUICH FOR HER
3 MANY YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE CITY OF VERNON
4 WHEREAS, RITA M. LUICH has been employed by the City
5 of Vernon since July 17, 1961; and
6 WHEREAS, said RITA M. LUrCH will retire from the service
7 of the City of Vernon effective June 30, 1982; and
8 WHEREAS,RITA M. LUICH has faithfully served as an
9 employee of the City of Vernon for approximately 21 years and is
10 presently a Secretary in the Fire Department and ha:s'servedas
11 the <Library Secretary since April of 1969 and he.r loss will be
12 deeply felt by the City of Vernon.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
14 THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
16 takes this opportunity to commend RITA M. LUICH for her many
17 years of devoted service to the City of Vernon.

SECTION 2: That the city Council of the City of Vernon
19 wishes RITA M. LUICH continued success in whatever endeavors
20 she may undertake.
21
SECTION 3: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
22 shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and present a
23 certified copy thereof to RITA M. LUICH, and that thereupon and
24 thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
