A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THe CITY
OF VERNON APPROVING FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 41737
AND ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF A FEE SIMPLE
INTEREST IN ANDERSON STREET AND A PORTION OF
SECOND STREET
6 WHEREAS, RMR Associates, owner
7 Tentative Tract No. 41737 in accordance
8 Act; and
9 WHEREAS , Tentative Tract No. 41737 was accepted an<i I,
10 approved by the City Council of the City of Vernon at a
11 scheduled meeting on February 17, 1981; and
12 WHEREAS, RMR Associates have completed
13 ~equirements and have submitted conveyances for Anderson
14 and a portion of Second Street in accordance with the
15 Subdivision Map Act; and
16 WHEREAS, all conditions of the approval of the Tentative
17 Tract Map have been completed; and
18 WHEREAS I Tract Map No. 41737' is ready for final approval
19 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
20 OF THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Vernon
22 hereby approves Tract Map No. 41737.

SECTION 2: The City council of the City of Vernon
24 hereby accepts the conveyance of interest in real property known
25 as Anderson Street and a portion of Second Street and approves
26 the use of said property as public streets in accordance with
27 Tract Map No. 41737.

.SECTION 3: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
