RESOLUTION NO. 4969
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VERNON COMMENDING PATRICK FULCHER FOR HIS
MANY. YEARS OF. SERVICE TO THE CITY OF VERNON
WHEREAS, PATRICK FULCHER has been employed by tl:).e City
of Vernon since May 16, 1957; and
WHEREAS, PATRICK FULCHER will retire from the service
of the City of Vernon on February 12, 1983;. and
WHEREAS, PATRICK FULCHER has faithfully served as a

fire engineer in the Vernon Fire Department for approx:imately
26 yearS'=lndhis lOss will be deeply felt by the City of Vernon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF VERNON AS. FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
15 takes this" opportunity to commend PATRICK FULCHER for hiS many
16 years of devoted service to the City of Vernon.
17 SECTION 2: That the City Council of the City of Verp.on
IS wishes PATRICK FULCHER continued success in whatever endeavors he
19 may undertake.

SECTION 3: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and presen.t. a
certified copy thereof to PATRICK FULCHER and that thereupon and
