A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VERNON APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF ONE NEW
PIC'K-UP' TRUCK. FOR USE IN THE WATER DEPARTMENT
AND.AUTH0RIZING THE PURCHASING AGENT T0
ADVERTISE FOR. BIDS FOR SAID TRUCK

8 the City Council that the reqUest of the Water Departtnent:to
9 purchase one neW pick-up truck be approved and thatthe:Pu.t:chasing

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon ha.s
13 determined that it is'in the best interests'of the Ci.t:yOf Vernon.

NOW, . THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED :BY THE CITY COUliCIL OF
16 THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: That the City CounciloftheClty 0+ Vernon
18 hereby approves the purchase of one new pick-up truck ;o*' Wie

certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
