RESOLUTION NO. 5005
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
VERNON ESTABLISHING PERMIT FEES AND SERVICE
CHARGES APPLICABLE TO ALL PER}1ITS GRANTED BY THE
CITY OF VERNON PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 4A.5, 4A.15,
4A.16 and 4A.22 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF VERNON,
CALIFORNIA
7 WHEREAS, The Code of the City of Vernon, California and,
8 in particular, Section 4A.5 thereof, provides for the issuance
9 of alarm system permits; and
10 WHEREAS, Sections 4A.5, 4A.15, 4A.16 and 4A.22 of The
11 Code of the City of Vernon, California provides that the City
12 Council of the City of Vernon shall establish, by Resolution,
13 alarm system permit fees, renewal permit fees, late charges and
14 service charges for the various types of businesses requiring
15 alarm system permits; and
16 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Vernon wishes
17 to establish alarm system permit fees, renewal fees, late charges
18 and service charges in accordance with said Code; and
19
20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
21 THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
24 does hereby find and determine that the recitals contained herein-
25 above are true and correct.

SECTION 2: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
27 does hereby establish that the issuance fees, annual renewal fees,
28 late charges and service charges for permits granted by the City

SECTION 3: That in addition to the foregoing, the
14 licensee or permittee shall pay all other necessary fees or
15 deposits which may be required by other ordinances or resolutions
16 of the City of Vernon or applicable State laws in effect.

SECTION 4: That the fees provided for herein shall be
18 effective June 18, 1983.

SECTION 5: The City Clerk of the City of Vernon shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and thereupon and
thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
