RESOLUTION NO. 5012
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VERNON CO}1MENDING RAYMOND RICH FOR HIS MANY
YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE CITY OF VERNON
WHEREAS, RAYMOND RICH has been employed by the City of
5 Vernon since June 21, 1967; and
6
WHEREAS, RAYMOND RICH will retire from the service of
7 the City of Vernon on July 1, 1983; and
8
WHEREAS, RAYMOND RICH has faithfully served as a Civil
9 Engineering Associate in the Conununity Services Department for
10 approximately 16 years, and his loss will be deeply felt by the
11 City of Vernon.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
13 THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
15 takes this opportunity to commend RAYMOND RICH for his many years
16 of devoted service to the City of Vernon.
17
SECTION 2: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
18 wishes Raymond Rich continued success in whatever endeavors he
19 may undertake.
20
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
21 shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and present a
22 certified copy thereof to RAYMOND RICH and that thereupon and
23 thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
