RESOLUTION NO. 5085
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF VERNON COMMENDING BRADLEY A. BUNKER FOR
HIS MANY YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE CITY OF
VERNON
5 WHEREAS, BRADLEY A. BUNKER has been employed by the
6 City of Vernon since November 13, 1953; and
7 WHEREAS, said BRADLEY A. BUNKER will retire from the
8 service of the City of Vernon on April 3, 1984; and
9 WHEREAS, BRADLEY A. BUNKER has faithfully served as an
10 employee for approximately 30 years and has served as a
11 Lieutenant in the Vernon Police Department since July 1, 1979,
12 and his loss will be deeply felt by the City of Vernon.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
14 THE CITY OF VERNON AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
16 takes this opportunity to commend BRADLEY A. BUNKER for his many
17 years of devoted service to the City of Vernon.
18
SECTION 2: That the City Council of the City of Vernon
19 wishes BRADLEY A. BUNKER continued success in whatever endeavors
20 he may undertake in the future.
21
SECTION 3: That the City Clerk of the City of Vernon
22 shall certify to the passage of this Resolution and present a
23 certified copy thereof to MR. BRADLEY A. BUNKER, and that there-
24 upon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
25 APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March, 1984.
