Resolution No. 5140 1 2 3 4 5 RESOLUTION NO. 5140 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF VERNON APPROVING "LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT" REQUESTED BY J.W. HEGER COMPANY, MELVIN SMALL, SEYMOUR LEHRER, SHIRLEY LEHRER AND RAMON GUERRERO 6 WHEREAS, J. W. Heger Company and Melvin Small are the 7 owners of a parcel described in the attached Exhibit "A" which is 8 incorporated herein by this reference as thouqh fully set forth 9 at length; and 10 WHEREAS, Seymour Lehrer and Shirley Lehrer are the 11 owners of the property tha.t is adjacent and north o.f the subject 12 property, described in the attached Exhibit "B" which is in- 13 corporated herein by this reference as though fully set forth at 14 length; and 15 WHEREAS, Ramon Guerrero is the owner of the property 16 that is adjacent and south of the subject property, described in 17 the attached Exhibit "c" which is incorporated herein by this 18 reference as though fully set forth at length; and 19 WHEREAS, said owners have agreed to adjust the common 20 boundary between their properties as described in the attached 21 Exhibit "D" which is incorporated herein by this reference as 22 though fully set forth at length; and 23 WHEREAS, said owners have applied for a "Lot Line 24 Adjustment" pursuant to section 664l2(d) of the Subdivision Map 25 Act; and 26 WHEREAS, Section 66412(d) of said Act provides as 27 follows: 28 III III 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 "This division shall be inapplicable to:.
